Our Mission is to keep our customers' homes safe, secure and well maintained - it's what we do.

We're now looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join our Responsive Repairs team and carry out a wide range of remedial works in homes across Carlisle, West Cumbria and the South Lakes.

The difference you'll make

As a key member of the Impact Team, you'll carry out a full range of building crafts and the associated repairs and refurbishments required to maintain Riverside's housing stock to a high standard.

You'll share our passion for delivering a great service and will manage the experience of customers to ensure positive relationships are established and maintained.

You can plan and organise your work to safely achieve maximum efficiency and deliver excellent results on a consistent basis.

So, who are you?

We're looking for someone with a minimum of NVQ or City & Guilds level 2 in an associated building craft, a valid full UK driving licence, your own tools and the ability to demonstrate a high level of customer care.

Ideally, you will have previously worked in a social housing environment.
