Progress Teachers are working with a
fantastic primary School located in the DE21 area, who are looking for a
1:1 SEND/Intervention Teaching Assistant to start after the
February half term.


This is a
full-time, long-term position supporting groups of
Year 6 pupils with SATs and working
1-1 in the afternoon with a
Complex Needs ASD pupil in Year 2.



Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the class teacher with daytoday tasks.
  • Running small group & 11 SATs intervention with Year 6 students
  • Providing
    1:1 support to those children with Special Educational Needs
    (SEN)

  • Following the school's rules and implementing the school's ethos and values.
  • Being enthusiastic and promote high expectations for pupils.
  • Building and maintaining a positive relationship with students, whilst being a resilient character.
  • Looking after student's
    physical,
    social, and
    emotional welfare.
  • Providing a safe and healthy environment and following safeguarding procedures.

£82.09-£98.54 per day
