About The Role:


Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the collection and use of digital assets for use in eMail marketing (imagery and copy)
  • Educating and informing marketing campaign managers and other key stakeholders on the extent, limitations and best use of our eMail marketing capability.
  • Supporting imports and exports of customer data in and out of the eMail marketing system in support of broader CRM activity

About you

  • Solid understanding of CRM operations in a mid/large B2B business
  • Expert level operational familiarity with Enterprise eMail technologies and marketing automation technologies.
  • Expert and proven knowledge of the latest eMail marketing techniques and best practice.
  • Day to day operational management of 3rd party technology vendors.
  • Working knowledge of endtoend Marketing Operations in mid/large B2B businesses.
