ASD Teaching Assistant - Bromley - January Start - £75 to £100 a day - ASD School

Do you have experience supporting a child with Autism?
Are you able to work on a 1:1 basis and in small groups?

If you answered yes to the above, then this ASD Teaching Assistant role is for you

ASD Teaching Assistant

For this ASD Teaching Assistant role you will be required to support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups of up to 6, in and out of the classroom.

You will be required to support the students during their lessons, which will include Maths, English andScience. During activities and therapy session and out in the playground during break times.

Due to the students needs, there will be times when they will have behavioural outbursts, and these will need to be dealt with in a calm and correct manner.

Therefore,the ideal ASD Teaching Assistant for this role will need to have had previous experience supporting a child or children with Autism and have good behaviour management skills.


ASD School


This ASD School is located in the borough of Bromley and caters for students aged between 4-11 years, who have been diagnosed with Autism.

They currently have 130 students who attend and in their last Ofsted in March 2019, they were reviewed as 'Good' inall areas.
