Pay Rate:
£12.85 per hour & potential Annual Bonus


Shifts and Hours of Work:


Full Time - 35-hour week

Monday - Friday between 7am - 8pm

1 Saturday per month 9am-2pm

Hybrid options available after 3 months

(Working from home 3 days per week and 2 days in the office)

We are looking for a hardworking, motivated, and most importantly a caring person to join our contact centre team to support our customers.


  • There's no need for any previous financial services experience we'll provide all the training required across a comprehensive 6week training programme.
Division within
LBG Business Banking - Business Support

  • Inbound call centre role
  • Responsible for dealing with a variety of calls (cancelled DD's, request for statements, internet banking queries) and seeing these through to resolution
  • There are teams who they can pass the resolutions too if they are unable to resolve the query, i.e., Fraud Team
  • Work closely with the business managers who they can transfer the call too (this could be a warm handover which provides the Business Manager with all the info, or a cold handover where the Business Manager will just pick up the call.
  • After some time in the role will be trained up to complete/deal with mandate calls.

Skills/Experience Required:


Perfect position for those looking to kick-start their financial services career having just finished Education or further enrich their pre-existing Customer Service career.

Telephone Experience & Customer Service Experience.
Good communication - oral and written.
Able to commit long term - this is an ongoing role with permanent possibilities.
Embrace 'in the moment' coaching to develop your skills and knowledge.
Take ownership of all customer requests
Maintain operational accuracy.
Continuous improvement mind set which will be evidenced in the improvement of customer centric measures.
