An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and focused Administration Team Leader to join the GI Services Team.The Division incorporates surgical and medical specialties that manage diseases and disorders of the digestive system.
The role is responsible for the careful management of RTT pathways and waiting times with direct line management responsibility of 5 Administration Coordinators and 2 Administration Assistants.
You will oversee a busy and demanding admissions service, ensuring your team delivers on a range of targets including theatre and outpatient utilization, RTT compliance and waiting list management.
You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a drive and energy to improve the patient experience.
