Graduate Training Scheme - Technical Project Management

At the outset, you will be assigned a direct manager/mentor in the projects team, to help guide your progression.

They will agree a planned course of action with you and provide all the means necessary to achieve your career goals but they do want you toreally showcase your skill and initiative and work hard to excel on every project or task you are part of.


You will have the opportunity to work within different areas of the business, each offering a broad range of challenging responsibilities as well as spend time on site to develop invaluable understanding of the projects with the starting focus on projectsmanagement.

You will receive regular progress checks to ensure we are doing everything we can to support your learning journey.


Exciting progression is offered but as you start your training you will be based in the Projects Team, an exciting opportunity for a graduate with a keen interest in IT.

We're looking for someone who would like to develop a career in IT and a interest in project management.

In this multi-faceted client focused role, you'll be:

  • Working closely with our stakeholders to ensure our client's projects are delivered on time and in budget
  • Developing your technical expertise to provide presales support for our sales team
  • Using your commercial acumen to make sure project profitability maximised


We'll be providing you with a bespoke training and development plan to give you every opportunity to succeed in the role.

In time, you'll be supporting the delivery of some large and exiting projects, and what we'd like to have, is:

HOURS OF WORK:

hour lunch - starting at the office as this would be vital for your learning and development and to be part of the Team with a view to eventually look at hybrid.

SALARY & BENEFITS:


Starting on £25k, increasing as role develops and milestones are met - with a view of getting the salary up to
30k asap - but this would obviously depend on you and how quickly you develop There is no time restraint standing in your way.

28 days annual leave (including statutory bank holidays) - rising to 30 including bank holidays after two years, then an additional day each year up to 33 days including bank holidays
