Your world:


As a Talent Partner, you'll be working with some of the world's most exciting companies changing the world through Clean Tech.

Our portfolio of partners includes companies within Fusion, Hydrogen, EV / E-mobility, Battery Storage, Circular Economy and more.


You'll be supporting the delivery of our talent solutions, helping to design and setup processes, while headhunting for niche roles.


Your impact:


  • Building a strong network and talent pool of the brightest minds within Clean Tech.
  • Utilise modern sourcing techniques to help our partners find, hire and inspire the brightest minds in Clean Tech.
  • Maintain accurate data to use to influence stakeholders.
  • Involvement in weekly meetings team meetings to discuss challenges and successes as well as delivering weekly and monthly data and progress reports.
  • Immerse yourself in the Clean Tech sector, developing an understanding of market conditions, as well as the latest trends / opportunities

Likely, you'll have this and more:

  • Natural 'people-person' and confident to ask leading questions that help to build relationships 'with purpose'.
  • Outstanding headhunting/delivery capability.
  • Selfmotivated and ambitious.
  • Previous agency or inhouse recruitment experience.
  • Solutions focused 'cando' attitude with the ability to always find a way.
  • Positive outlook and energy
  • An interest or passion to learn more about Clean Tech and future gamechanging technologies.
