Do you have Purchase Ledger experience and looking to join a friendly supportive team?


You will be providing support to the Management Accountant with the completion of all Purchase Ledger activities within the business.


Key Duties:


  • Processing invoices
  • Payment Run
  • Supplier Queries
  • Statement Reconciliations
  • Set up new suppliers
  • Manage Finance inboxes
  • Petty Cash
  • Verifying bank details
  • Credit card/expense processing
  • Occasional bank reconciliations
  • Adhoc payments & admin duties

Skills Required:


  • Previous experience, minimum 5 years
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Experienced excel user or an interest to learn
  • Good IT skills
  • Can work alone and use own initiative
