Kenton Black are proud to represent a progressive and award winning accountancy practice within Stoke on Trent who due to continued business success are now seeking to appoint a Payroll Executive.

Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, youwill undertake a busy and varied role dealing with your own portfolio of clients, answering queries, obtaining information and undertaking administration duties.

Duties included but not limited to:
Payroll processing - Sage/Xero
SMP/SSP
HMRC liaison
Auto-enrolment pension processing
Dealing with client queries over the telephone
Collating and inputting of payroll information
Working as part of a busy payroll team
Administration duties

Person Specification:
Previous experience of running weekly/monthly payrolls end to end within an accountancy practice - Essential
Knowledge of SAGE 50 cloud and Xero (ideally previous knowledge, training can be provided)
Flexible and adaptable approach
Auto-enrolment pensions experience
Client liaison experience, able to deal with payroll queries
Friendly personality, able to work in a team environment

Salary:
to c £32K + Excellent benefits + flexible working hours, Social events & career development
