This is an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to join an established business in their field to cover a 12 month maternity leave.

The client is renowned in their industry, based in a rural village close to Banbury, with a friendly team and a flexible attitude to working.


Description

The Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk will:

  • Be the main point of contact for customer and supplier queries
  • Assist with monthend duties
  • Be responsible for customer account duties
  • Complete administration tasks
  • Control/check suspended orders and accounts
  • Complete daily supplier invoice entry

Profile

The Accounts Payable/Receivable clerk will be/have:

  • Highly organised
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate
  • Immediately available or available to start work on short notice
  • Willing to work in the office (although some hybrid may be considered)
