GMP Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client in Hereford for a Training and Marketing Administrator to join a highly successful and rapidly expanding organisation on a full-time, permanent, basis.

Our client is an NHS approved, market leading company making inspirational and innovate products for over sixty years.

The Training and Marketing Administrator is responsible for all of the administration of the company Accredited Training Courses

Training and Marketing Administrator Main duties:

  • Be responsible for all of the administration of our Accredited Training Courses.
  • Be responsible for maintaining and updating our library of marketing literature and videos.
  • Be responsible for keeping Employee Training records updated.
  • Be responsible for administration of demonstration stock refurbishment/renewals.
  • Support with other tasks relevant to our marketing strategy.
  • Support the Sales Management Team with administrative duties as required.
  • Become familiar with the computer systems and operate them as required
  • Ensure customer data records are kept up to date and in line with company procedures
  • Provide holiday cover for the Sales Administration team as and when required
  • Carry out any other reasonable task assigned to you by a manager
  • To work alongside the Commercial Manager and Marketing team in updating and managing all Customer facing marketing documents, videos and files.
  • To work alongside Divisional Managers in keeping all Employee Training records up to date.

Training and Marketing Administrator required skills and experience:

  • Be able to create rapport and communicate effectively with Customers and Colleagues
  • Be able to organise daily activities with mínimal assistance
  • Create working spreadsheets knowledge of Excel.
  • Be able to work to strict deadlines.
  • Work well within a team.
  • Have a desire to learn and potentially take on new/additional responsibilities within a busy sales and marketing department.
This is a full time, permanent position, Monday - Thursday 08:00am - 17:00pm and Friday 08:00am - 13:00pm.

This role comes with a highly competitive salary up to £22,725 which is pending experience, plus excellent fringe benefits.
