The Governing Body of Our Lady & St.

Anselm's RC Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated teaching assistant, ideally with intervention experience, to join our friendly and dedicated team.

Our Lady & St. Anselm's is situated in Whitworth, serving the local parish of St. Mary & St. Anselm's and currently has 204 pupils on roll.

The school has a friendly, family feel and is a great place to work for individuals who want to make a real difference to the life chances of pupils.

We are looking for someone who:

  • has experience working within the primary sector;
- has experience working with children with EHCP's and Individual Learning Plans;
- has experience of working within a school supporting teachers in class;
- enjoys working as part of a team;
- understands the uniqueness of each and every child;
- believes in nurture and positive behaviour management;
- has experience of developing interventions;

The initial working hours are 8:30am - 3:30pm, these hours are non-negotiable
