Head of Digital Marketing - Europe

Based:
Hybrid between home and our Burntwood office


Salary:

Up to £60,000 per annum DOE

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to meet ambitious enquiry targets, KPI's and boost brand awareness.
  • Lead short, medium, and longterm digital strategies to support company growth.
  • Drive SEO for improved search competitiveness.
  • Lead, improve and deliver online conversion processes. Collaborate with agencies on SEO, CRO, and content strategies.
  • Work with PR and Brand teams to optimise the marketing strategy.
  • Analyse data and provide evidencebased recommendations.
  • Focus on website and mobile user experience, metrics, and revenue.
  • Drive the acquisition marketing strategy.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure futureproofing of revenuegenerating digital channels.
  • Present innovative digital marketing business cases.
  • Adapt marketing activities to changing technology and trends.
  • Deliver detailed reports, analytics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Create engaging content for various digital platforms.
  • Manage agency relationships for optimal performance.
  • Utilize data and insights for shaping future digital strategy.
  • Collaborate with B2B trade sales team on digital marketing.
  • Accountability for the digital marketing budget and ROI.
  • Lead and develop the Digital Marketing team.
  • Deputise for the Marketing Director as needed.
Key skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in achieving exceptional digital performance, from strategy to execution.
  • Success in creating impactful online media and digital advertising campaigns, including social and PPC.
  • Evidence of measuring and optimising ROI and performance to deliver tangible improvements.
  • Enthusiastic about digital marketing and embraces challenges.
  • Proficient in data analysis and optimisation turning them into insights and recommendations.
  • Proactively introduces cuttingedge technology into marketing and business plans.
  • Strong expertise in competitive SEO and website management.
  • European expertise would be an advantage, with effective cross functional collaboration.
  • Skilled in budget management and optimisation.
  • Strong analytical abilities and translating that into improvements.
  • Team player with exceptional project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Google tools, and technologies and platforms for improving digital performance.
  • Resultsfocused, creative problem solver with a positive and proactive attitude, ready to drive significant change and development.
