Senior Practitioner - Child With Disabilities - Up to £40ph - Hybrid


NonStop Care are working with a Good Ofsted local authority in the East Midlands who are looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their Child With Disabilities team.

They are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and who would be able tointegrate smoothly into their team & set standards and expectations for social workers.


This position allows you to work within a local authority that has achieved a Good Ofsted rating, meaning they provide high levels of diligence & aid to those under their care, which will ultimately increase your work satisfaction.


This position offers the opportunity to work from home with mínimal time required in office, which helps assist with effective and efficient caseload management, giving you a greater work life balance.


Some responsibilities of this role include;

  • Providing high quality assessments and interventions to children with a range of disabilities, including learning and physical.
  • Develop and maintain good quality professional relationships with children, their families and other agencies.
  • Aiding in the supervision & delegation of tasks to social workers.

Requirements:


  • A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
  • A drivers license
  • An up to date DBS check
  • Experience working with Children with Disabilities.
