Full flexibility between 7am and 2am Monday-Sunday 10 week rota
Customer Service Advisor - Full Time/ Permanent
Hours:
Between 7am and 2am - 10 weekly rota:
- (35% uplift for unsociable hours)_
Example shifts:
- 7am to 3.30pm
- 12pm to 8.30pm
- 5.30pm to 2 am
Role:
- Providing a firstclass service
- Act as first point of contact for customers
- Keep on top pf promotions
- Take ownership of complaints/escalations through to resolution
- Manage your time and ensure all tasks are complete in a timely manner
What we need from you:
- Engaging personality
- Ability to learn and develop
- Be able to manage tasks and work towards productivity KPI's
- Strive to resolve any issues with one attempt
