Full flexibility between 7am and 2am Monday-Sunday 10 week rota

Customer Service Advisor - Full Time/ Permanent

Hours:
Between 7am and 2am - 10 weekly rota
:

  • (35% uplift for unsociable hours)_

Example shifts:


  • 7am to 3.30pm
  • 12pm to 8.30pm
  • 5.30pm to 2 am

Role:


  • Providing a firstclass service
  • Act as first point of contact for customers
  • Keep on top pf promotions
  • Take ownership of complaints/escalations through to resolution
  • Manage your time and ensure all tasks are complete in a timely manner

  • Engaging personality
  • Ability to learn and develop
  • Be able to manage tasks and work towards productivity KPI's
  • Strive to resolve any issues with one attempt
