Who do we need in our crew?


The Customer Service Team Leader (In-house we refer to it as Assistant Sales Manager) role is a challenging mix of hands-on action and strategic leadership.

You will lead a team of Events Coordinators by delivering coaching where needed to drive the department to success.

We're looking for someone who's as energetic as they are organised; a problem solver with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.


What we need from you

  • 2+ years Inbound call centre experience
  • Proven Management experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sales and KPI focused with a track record in delivering results
  • Weekend availability, either Sat or Sun (You will have a day off in the week)

What will I be doing?

  • Running the day to day of the team
  • Driving the team KPIs.
  • Conducting 121s with staff on a monthly basis
  • Ensure customer service levels are maintained through monitoring and reviews.
  • Supporting the Head of Sales with ad hoc queries.
