Description
We are looking for enthusiastic new members to join our friendly and welcoming clerical support team within Therapy Services.

We support teams to provide Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech & Language Therapy services to the Trust's inpatient wards, outpatient clinics and also community work.

This role may be offered on a full or part time basis.


You will support our therapists in delivering high quality, patient centred services, assisting and leading in areas that allow the clinical staff to maximise their time on patient care.


Base Location:
Poole Hospital, please note you will be expected to work across site

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and be able to work well within a team.

Previous experience in a hospital or care environment is desirable but not essential.


There will be regular supervision to support your professional development and you will have the opportunity to expand your skills through the trusts numerous training opportunities.

You will be joining our team of clerical support workers who will ensure you have peer support and the opportunity to be involved in service wide projects and systems.

The hospitals are merging therefore we are expanding our administration service across all UHD hospitals.

In some cases this means that a services may move site this year or next, either temporarily or long term.

Recruiting Managers interviewing for this role will be happy to answer any specific questions that you have at interview

To provide high quality and accurate administrative, data inputting and secretarial support to the department.

To support the provision of the e-rostering administration ensuring that this is effectively maintained and monitored at all times.

To provide support to the Therapy Teams and respond to queries.

Maintain staff records on e-roster.
