East Suffolk Services Limited, a brand-new company launched on 1 July 2023, is an exciting place to work, delivering essential local services across the district.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our customer services team.


Your role:


You will join a highly skilled and committed team of professionals delivering the customer services and administration support for the company, offering a first-class customer experience.


You will need:


Experience of working in a busy office environment and dealing with customers at all levels in a friendly and courteous manner is essential.

Good listening skills.

You should also be IT competent with the ability to work well both as part of a team and using your own initiative.

A minimum of four GCSE's at Grade A*- C / including English and Mathematics), or equivalent, are required for this post. An NVQ Level 3 Customer Services qualification would also be advantageous.
