Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and provide potential solutions to the company and reduce costs.
- Communicate accordingly when any problems arise.
- Provide quotations for new business and assist with the growth plans of the Sheffield Branch.
- Ensure that all product information provided is clear, fair and not misleading, allowing the customer to make an informed decision.
- Ensure that telephone calls are answered & dealt with promptly & efficiently.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Good communication skills
- Charismatic
- Good ability to build and maintain relationships
- IT literate
- Manage time effectively; with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Articulate & Numerate Qualifications
- GCSE or equivalent qualifications preferred.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
