Working with the Junior Social Media Manager, the Social Media Executive will support in overseeing the company's social media channels, helping to create engaging content, analysing channel performance and researching relevant trends to sustain an engaged audience, increase brand sentiment and drive sales for American Golf.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the Junior Social Media Manager in ensuring the social media channels in use have regular, high quality and creative content output
  • Schedule and deliver content through scheduling platforms
  • Monitoring social media metrics and preparing social media engagement and activities reports
  • Research and analysing social media trends
  • Monitor and report on social trends to ensure we're creating current content and are reactive to relevant trends
  • Research influencer opportunities relevant to the American Golf brand
  • Community management including engaging with audience comments and messages
  • Work with the wider marketing team to help deliver key messages and support on marketing campaigns and activity
  • Collaborating with other social media specialists in the business, including customer service and paid media team
  • An understanding of how to utilise data to report on the successes and learnings of previous social media activities.
  • Creating strong written posts that have excellent grammar and spelling that grab the attention of the audience
  • Working with other visual media designers, including our design team and photographer to create exciting, fun content that helps achieve the business aims
  • Share learnings and future opportunities by researching & reporting on competitors
  • Seeding product for influencers
  • Passionate about social media

  • Demonstrate ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
  • Well organised with a customeroriented approach
  • The ability to work within a team and independently
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Photography / camera experience, to create high quality stylised product assets
  • Interest in golf
