Full Time Sales Co-Ordinator

Permanent office-based role in Clyst St Mary, Exeter

The Company

Established in 2004, and based from the head office in Exeter, Projuice have grown year on year with innovation of new products and concepts for cafes, delivering to customers all over the country.

Recent expansion has also seen the addition of the London depot to serve the South East of the country on a daily basis.

The Role

Key Job Responsibilities

Understanding the product range.
Processing customer orders on Sage 50 system.
Coordinating orders for dispatching via courier.
Coordinating orders for delivery by our own vehicles for multiple depots.
Contacting customers to confirm deliveries and expected delivery times.
Using my maps software to assist the planning team.
Customer focused with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Experience of Sage 50 preferred by not necessary.
Positive, confident, friendly, and conscientious character who can work as part of a team.
Good IT skills including Excel and Outlook.

Full time office based role at Hill Barton Business Park, Exeter. EX5 1SA

Office Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm
