They are looking for an experienced Service Desk engineer to join the journey of growth with their established team. You will be providing support with software, hardware and networking for their clients / customers.

You will get a chance to work alongside the clients directly, and ensuring that the delivery of IT services runs as efficiently as possible.

You will not want to miss a chance to represent this company.


For this role you will need 1 year minimum experience working for an IT services company, working with external clients.

The technical experience required for this role is as follows:

  • Office 365/Office Applications
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Networking knowledge including Firewalls, Routers and Switches
  • Intune/Autopilot
