Description

We are looking for a Finisher on a new build housing site you will be carrying out the following duties, you will be doing all finishing work and the company are looking to train you to be a finishing foreman on site.

This is a great opportunity for someone who had a joinery background on housing sites to step up into a management position.

- painting and patching
- silicone
- pre plaster
- snagging

  • All aspects of joinery


This is on a new build housing site so you will be making sure the houses are ready to hand over to client.

You will need CSCS Card and PPE for this position. For the right person this will be ongoing work till next year and a permanent position with the company.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6-8 months


Salary:
£13.00-£16.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Morpeth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • CSCS (required)
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
