Description
Administrator & Developing PA to the Central Business Unit (CBU) of specialty medicine and the division of medicine.

  • To provide administrative and personal secretarial support to managers and leaders within the CBU
  • To provide administrative and personal secretarial support to other members of the Division when required
  • Develop effective and constructive relationships within the Trust, and with colleagues in other Trusts, LPT, LCHS, TDA, CQC, Social Services and the wider health community where applicable, to ensure clear and consistent communication.


Work as a member of the wider Management team to ensure a consistent and positive approach to the achievement of objectives.

  • To instigate action to ensure that relevant Trust policies are kept up to date
  • To provide a confidential and personal secretarial service to the Senior Managers and teams
  • Organise meetings and attend meetings to take
  • Ensure that predominant concerns are brought to the attention of the Senior Managers and teams immediately.
  • Responsible for maintenance and safekeeping of MFD's (Multi-Functional Devices) and other technical equipment within department to ensure remain fully functional
  • Monitor stock Order goods/services as required.
  • Ensure that quality standards are met
