Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a fantastic company based in Fetcham, who are looking for an Administrator to join their friendly team.
This is a busy role, supporting the Manager with a range of duties and responsibilities.Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with facilities management, including building checks, equipment maintenance and statutory records
- Ensuring that the building and grounds are maintained to a high standard through liaison with contractors
- Maintaining accurate records of all exchanges with and relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors
- Assisting in the hosting of meetings
- Assisting with business correspondence
- Responding to clients' needs ensuring they are met to a high level of satisfaction
- Handling queries and issues in an efficient and professional manner
- Onboarding of new clients
- Providing assistance to the Manager with a variety of other tasks
- Previous experience in an Administrative role
- Some Facilities experience would be an advantage but is not essential
- High level of attention to detail
- Professional manner with exceptional communication skills at all levels
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software
- The ability to work in a team as well as to prioritise, multitask and take the initiative
