Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a fantastic company based in Fetcham, who are looking for an Administrator to join their friendly team.

This is a busy role, supporting the Manager with a range of duties and responsibilities.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with facilities management, including building checks, equipment maintenance and statutory records
  • Ensuring that the building and grounds are maintained to a high standard through liaison with contractors
  • Maintaining accurate records of all exchanges with and relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors
  • Assisting in the hosting of meetings
  • Assisting with business correspondence
  • Responding to clients' needs ensuring they are met to a high level of satisfaction
  • Handling queries and issues in an efficient and professional manner
  • Onboarding of new clients
  • Providing assistance to the Manager with a variety of other tasks
To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an Administrative role
  • Some Facilities experience would be an advantage but is not essential
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Professional manner with exceptional communication skills at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software
  • The ability to work in a team as well as to prioritise, multitask and take the initiative
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.45pm. the company offer a fantastic working environment with on-site parking.
