Business Administrator

FLEXIBLE HOURS - FULL TIME OR PART TIME - PERMANENT

Salary up to £27,000

Cheltenham (Opportunity to work some days from home)

This is an incredibly exciting and rare opportunity to join a brand new outdoor sports complex opening in Cheltenham, that will be one of the largest in Europe.

If you've gained some administration experience and are looking to join a fast paced, growing organisation who offer full flexibility then this is the role for you An interest in outdoor sports is a real bonus but certainly not an essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule & support HR processes in a proactive, methodical manner
Support all administrative HR functions
Manage & support staff onboarding processes
Reconcile incentre and online income
Raise invoices & reconcile payments
Credit Control chasing payments as required
Prepare payroll, cross referencing clocking & rotas, analysing data and processing.
Order stocks & consumables for the business
Manage the online booking system, monitor session availability & amend to match demand.
Process group booking enquiries & issue quotes
Oversee membership process management & sales process

Experience Required:

You'll have worked in an officebased environment before, ideally within office administration
Strong organisational and communication skills
As this company continues to grow there may be times you'll do things outside of your listed duties, and we are looking for someone who is happy to muck in when needed
Strong IT skills, a good understanding of Excel
