RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - Permanent division

£25,000 pa plus generous commission and benefits

At G-Force we are looking to recruit two Recruitment Consultants to support the launch our new Permanent division. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, career-minded, and ambitious individual to join our successful recruitment team.

Who are we looking for?
Ideally you will have worked within a recruiting background whether that be in house within a business or as an agency recruitment consultant
Desire and the ability to develop and grow your own desk
Someone who approaches their work in a transparent, honest and consistent way
Friendly outgoing personality
Ability to think outside the box
Has a can-do attitude
Confident to pick up the phone to develop relationships with new businesses

Key Responsibilities
Account Management and development of current clients.
Use the strength of the team and wider business to ensure that you maximise the opportunity from existing customers
Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures
Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets
Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation
