WHAT TO EXPECT


We are currently hiring for a User Experience Research Project Lead to join us at JLR and become the single point of contact for all user experience (UX) designers and researchers across all of JLR's digital platform.


You would be owning and managing the new UX research tools, and would coordinate the relevant projects, providing research training and best practice to ensure quality and consistency of research across the business.


Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the new User Experience research across the business
  • Ensure research is pulled through and shared correctly using the relevant tools

WHAT YOU'LL NEED


In order to be considered for this position, you will need to have prior experience working within User Experience Research and Quantitative Research analysis, as well as experience with Stakeholder management.


Essential:

  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative UX research design and delivery
  • Experience within User Experience Supplier/Tool management
  • Experience dealing with budget analysis, regulatory & IT compliance
