We are responsible for helping Hollywood Studios and content owners to get their content to global audiences by providing all language services including scripting, subtitling, access services and dubbing.

Our products and services span the digital spectrum, from enhanced extras packages promoting digital purchase to physical disc authoring.

Our clients include major Hollywood studios and dozens of independent studios. To date, we've delivered thousands of titles to iTunes, Google, Netflix, Amazon, and others.

We've created a large percentage of iTunes Extras titles available on the App Store, developed the specification of and delivered the first Cross-Platform Extras titles, authored more than eight-thousand DVDs, two-thousand Blu-rays, as well as award-winning tablet and mobile apps.

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join our expanding global Digital Cinema team, the Head of Trailer Operations will be responsible for leading and managing the Trailer department.

This includes, but is not limited to, client engagement, project planning and scheduling and creation of worldwide trailer campaign deliverables ready for final delivery to both Theatrical and online platform distribution.

Other responsibilities include building department roadmap strategy and vision, driving continuous improvement through workflow and process evolution and close collaboration with other teams and lines of business.

The role will be primarily office based in our London facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall responsibility for international trailer campaign fulfilment and production.
Leadership and management of Trailer department.
Project forecasting, planning, and scheduling.
Regular engagement with clients to meet requirements.
Management of daily trailer production operations.
Ensuring trailer deliverables meet highest quality standards and client specifications.
Collaborating closely with internal teams including localisation and distribution operations, administration and technology development as required.
Continuously evolving content production workflows, procedures and checklists.
Oversee future growth strategy and vision of technology development to improve operational efficiencies and scalability.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

5+ years' experience in media industry and postproduction workflows.
Experience in localised international trailer campaign production.
Experience with leading and managing operational teams.
Ability to engage with and support customers directly to meet and service requests as required.
Passionate about customer experience and customer service excellence.
Positive attitude when experiencing obstacles and enthusiastic to get things done.
Good listening skills and an ability to assimilate different viewpoints.
An approachable individual who can relate to people at all levels of the organization.
Outstanding attention to detail and ability to plan complex projects with urgency.
Ability to prioritize, manage orders and work close to deadlines whilst producing high quality work.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment under pressure and hit deadlines.
Problem solver with creative and innovative approach and able to think out of the box.
Excellent clear communication skills.
