About Our Client:

Leading financial services firm dedicated to providing exceptional solutions to clients.

The business specialises in financial management and consultancy services, striving to deliver excellence and innovation in every aspect of operations.

Due to growth the business is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Officer. This role would be great for an experienced Administrator with PFI experience.

As an Operations Officer you will:

  • Manage day-to-day operational activities, including providing administrative support to the General Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies along with working in line with service agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Support on internal and external meetings when required.
  • Take ownership of project records and the filing management system.

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Operations Officer will have:

  • Proven experience in operations ideally within the financial services industry however this is not essential.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in a PFI environment is desirable.
