Tradewind Recruitment Cardiff are on the hunt for Graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in both Primary and SEN schools in and across RCT.

This role will give you the opportunity to expand gain an insight into working within a classroom as well as working1-1 with students as well as the class.

Maybe you have just finished University and unsure what step to take next, this could be a good opportunity for you to gain some rewarding experience while you look for your degree related role.

We offer an in-house Teaching Assistant Course if you want some extra support beforehand, to make sure you are well equipped prior to entering the classroom as well as many CPD Courses to ensure you excel in your teaching career.

In this role, you are required to:

work 1-1 with children, ensuring they reach maximum potential

- creating learning resources
- checking pupils' work and providing feedback
- supporting pupils with learning difficulties or disabilities
- prepare the classroom before lessons

Enhanced DBS Disclosure, EWC, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
