This position is based at EX21 5RN, near Shebbear.

Mike Wye Ltd are leading suppliers of a wide range of sustainable and traditional building and insulation materials, lime and clay plasters, and natural paints.

Our aim is to educate and promote the use of sustainable building products that are better for you, better for your home and better for the environment.

This job includes a company pension and 35 days annual leave including bank holidays.

Specific Duties

Promoting the sustainable insulation systems and products that we currently sell.
Investigating and evaluating new insulation products for sale.
Providing our Technical Sales Advisors with advice and technical support.
Expanding contact with architects and engineers for new build, self build, voluntary and private sectors.
Contribute to the running of CPD seminars, workshops, trade shows.

Main Duties

To assist with the smooth operation of the Insulation Team in processing orders, assisting customers, dealing with suppliers, inputting to our computer system, liaising with warehouse staff.
Undertaking whatever tasks are required for the smooth running of the business.

Personal qualities and skills required:

Commitment to the success of the firm and satisfaction of its customers.
Conscientious approach to all tasks, however minor.
Numeracy, literacy and computer literacy.
Understanding of the underlying principles of insulation.
Ability to work both unsupervised and as a team member.
Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
Familiarity with software such as Builddesk an advantage although training will be given.

Work remotely

Salary:
From £30,160.00 per year
