Primary Functions to support the team with the administration of systems and procedures.Responsibilities:
General
- Tracking and follow up on the completion of Risk Assessments and training completion
- Gathering data for Dashboard communication and scorecards
- Managing the eye test voucher offering
- Generating statistics and reports
- Provide effective communications to the business
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Support with initiatives and/or innovations
- Inputting of accident and near miss data
- Day to day management of the portal
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in an administration role.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Proactive, organised approach to multitasking.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Friendly and personable attitude and able to work as part of a team and as an individual.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to challenges.
Preferred Skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience, or willingness to learn.
