Trainee Lettings Negotiator

We're looking for a highly motivated
Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our clients well respected Estate Agent brand in Birmingham.

Lettings experience is not necessary, as full training will be provided. However experience in Customer service and or a Sales environment is preferred.

Key responsibilities of a Trainee Lettings Negotiator -

Registering applicants interested in renting a property
Matching them up to relevant properties we have available
Canvass valuation leads and carry out property viewings
Keeping property owners updated
Negotiating tenancy agreements
Assist in maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch
To meet personal targets set and agreed with your Manager
To carry out viewings in a professional and efficient manner
Negotiating and agreeing the sales or let of available properties
Diary management
Local knowledge of surrounding areas

Skills and experience required to be a successful Trainee Lettings Negotiator:

sales experience
Shows a proven track record in
generating new business:
Has a
resilient,
positive and
friendly attitude
Highly motivated individual
Excellent
time management:
Strong
organisational skills:
Has a
full UK Driving License and own vehicle

Benefits of becoming a Trainee Lettings Negotiator?
Basic Salary - £17,000 -18,000 plus commission on top, overall earnings in the region of £25,000 - £30,000
Benefits (cars etc) - Access to company Pool Car
Holiday entitlement - 22 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)

Working Hours - Mon-Thurs 8:30-19:00, Fri 8:30-18:00
