Canon EMEA is looking for a Service Architect to join the Global Services and Solutions team and take lead for the pre-sales & sales enablment projects.


As Services lead you will contribute in the development of international client opportunities and projects in addition to development and support of internal best practice.

In addition to a salary of between £57,000 - £69,000 depending on experience, you'll be eligible for a performance-based bonus of 10%.

What we ask:


As our Global Service Architect you will:

  • provide pre-sales service expertise to the sales teams and customers during the International and Global sales process for Enterprise level customers
  • Collaborate with Global Account Directors and sales teams to develop a sales strategy for recommended solutions and services to meet enterprise customers' requirements.
  • Identify additional sales opportunities, innovative and continual improvement for existing Global Enterprise customers
  • Lead and manage the transition of services, deriving from Canon's global service catalogue, to customer environments
  • Maintain an uptodate and comprehensive industry knowledge of Global Enterprise level service architecture, security and service design practices
  • Understand and document international client services requirements, design the corresponding service architectures and analyses in line with Canon's services portfolio, customising where required for a best fit services architecture.
  • Support and enable a smooth handover of service design to service implementation and support teams within the european countries and other global regions.
  • Drive development of best practices, capabilities and knowledge sharing with the EMEA Service Architect community and with other global regions, mentoring Service Architect resources in European offices where needed

You will need:


You will have:

  • Proven skills in presenting customer facing presales opportunities and managing customer workshops in an international Enterprise level customers environment
  • Proven capability being part of international projects involving Fortune 500 customers, leading internal and external teams transitioning complex global enterprise service architectures to BAU
  • Detailed working knowledge of IT (managed) service management processes and service (desk) functions, acting as an authority towards internal and external senior IT representatives
  • Expert service knowledge relating to international services portfolio
  • Knowledge of additional european language beneficial

This role is based at our offices in Stockley Park on a hybrid basis, working 3 days per week in the office.

Salary:
