Hours:
Full-time

The Role


Due to our client's continued growth, they are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Agents to join their team.

You will be responsible for supporting the Agents with policy changes, making appointments, selling personal and commercial insurance products and making sure that you uphold our exceptional customer service standard.


Responsibilities:


  • Processing quotations and midterm adjustments on behalf of the Agents.
  • Get involved in team initiatives so that we remain a great place to work.
  • Process and dispatch renewal documentation to Agency standards.
  • Booking appointments when required.
  • File preparation for Agents including a premium breakdown spreadsheet when required and conducting file changes when review has been conducted.
  • Issuing required documentation to clients within deadlines including the issue of any required letters.

Skills and Requirements:


  • Experience working in financial/professional services environment is desirable.
  • UK Driving License and access to own vehicle is essential.
  • Minimum GCSE C grade (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Demonstrate attributes of honesty, integrity, due skill, care and diligence.
  • Be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal this will include writing reports to customers.
  • Demonstrate problem solving ability, good attention to detail and willingness to use own initiative and judgement.
