Senior Recruitment Consultant
Salary:
£30,000 _per annum_
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Location:
Ormskirk, Lancashire
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our recruitment department and we are looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly team.
You will be responsible for recruiting the best talent across a wide variety of roles ranging from Residential Support Workers to Registered Managers in the Childrens Residential Sector to help make a difference to children's lives.
You will be working closely with our Registered Mangers and Senior Management Team, to manage the recruitment process across Exceptional Care's services, providing high volume internal recruitment for the Children's Homes and Head Office staff.
Who are Exceptional Care?
Exceptional Care is a therapeutic children's service providing care and support to children and young people aged 8-17. The service is an independent social care organisation with multiple residential homes across the North West.
About The Role
Role Description:
- Understand the companies hiring needs, company culture, and industry trends to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with senior management to create compelling job descriptions and advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts
- To support the HR Department when required
- To support with disciplinary / grievance meetings
- To support with HR record keeping
Person Specification / Experience:
Recruitment Consultant Experience: 1 year (required)
- Knowledge of the Health Care / Children's Residential Sector (preferred)
- Knowledge of HR processes
