The People and Organisational Directorate provides support for all staff-related functions - from recruitment, to payroll, change management, training, human resources, and staff health & wellbeing.
This role involves working with managers and staff across the Trust to provide them with advice and guidance on the whole range of HR issues, as well as Organisational Development initiatives.
As the strategic divisional People Business Partner for the Electronic Patient Record Programme, you will work as a key member of the senior management team to identify and deliver the people implications of strategic business and transformation plans and strategically lead priorities for people activity, in line with Trust values (Putting patients first, Recognising the person, Striving for excellence & Working well together) and behaviours.

In this vital role, you will lead on people priorities and OD in the Care Group - providing expert advice and direction on people/workforce planning/employment law issues to inform business planning.
You will play a key role in the delivery of workforce solutions, interventions and actions and will work collaboratively with leaders from within the Care Group and wider Trust.
Providing expert Human Resources leadership, you will be partnering and coaching senior leaders to effectively transform services and enable the delivery of exceptional clinical services.
