Description

Salary (dependent on experience) is shown as FTE, but is paid on pro rata basis to the number of hours worked. We are looking for an accomplished administrator to work Weds/Thurs/Fri each week, ideally working full days.
Are you an organised and methodical administrator, who enjoys variety and has a passion for delivering for clients?


Working across several teams, you will need to be comfortable answering queries from our ecommerce healthcare customers, and processing daily orders from multiple online portals to strict daily dispatch timeframes.

Some of the work is routine, including data entry, but accuracy is critical as our work is highly regulated.

There is a lot of variety in the role as you will be supporting multiple teams and this will require great communication skills and an organised approach.

Full training will be provided for the right applicant.


Required experience and skills

  • Great administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication and relationship building skills
  • Experienced and confident using different computer systems (training is provided on our own platforms)
  • A flexible and willing to learn with a strong work ethic.
  • Responsible and motivated with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
