Rutherford Briant are currently recruiting for an Trade Marketing Manager for a hugely successful manufacturing and distribution business based in Basildon, Our client has a strong brand reputation and are a household name in their specialist field.

The company has an impressive 45+ year history and are number 1 in their market and has seen considerable growth over the past 5 years and due to an internal restructure they have a new position for their Trade Marketing Manager.

**Salary £40-50K + 15% annual bonus
Hybrid after probation period
Hours with a 2.30 finish on a Friday

Job details:

Trade Marketing plan definition / strategies / goals / action plan
Implement country plans
P&L by Product / Family and Channel
Product needs or improvements in terms of packaging and development.
Propose price structure.
Responsible for the optimization of Stock level and quality (Rotation), based on Sales Forecasts and Stock coverage).
Stock management.
Trade Marketing.
Sales Analysis.

Experience:

At least 3 years experience in Trade/Product Marketing from a Manufacturing/FMCG background
Analytical
Creative thinking
Well organized, capable of coordinating with different sales people and clients; agencies or HQ
Availability to travel
Excellent knowledge of Excel
