Description
Regional Trade & Working Solutions Sales role spans across all industry segments and markets across EMEA.This role is a highly specialised role focusing on structured trade & working capital origination in the well established client segments as well as identifying solutions for the new segments & client business models in line with the business strategy.
The client base consists of corporate and FI clients with headquarters and buying centres in EMEA.Key Responsibilities:
- Originate Trade, Receivables, Supply chain finance and structured trade opportunities
- Identify opportunities for the teams across the region through data analytics, deeper understanding of client ecosystem and exploring new segments.
- Partner with the trade sales teams across the region to execute the deals including but not limited to pitch books, term sheets, approvals
- Client commercialisation for new solutions
- Lead the Product Development Loopback to prepare for the origination of tomorrow through understanding the client needs, prioritising and working with product partners to place them on the development path

Knowledge/ Experience:
- Solid experience of a range of Trade Products on a global scale
- Solid experience in Sales, Structuring or Relationship Management
- Experience of business development, building and maintaining key relationships
- Experience of developing and executing marketing strategies to sell the Bank's relevant products
- Ability to understand the needs of new segments & client business models and design a solution to meet the client need & business plan for internal approvals.
