My Client based in Romford are looking to recruit a permanent Assistant Head of HR into their team.

Purpose:

The Assistant Head of HR is a newly created role within their HR department.

The role is responsible for shaping their people services ensuring that they deliver an exceptional employee experience, whatever the query or interaction may be and for deputisingfor the Head of HR & People Services when necessary.

The Assistant Head of HR will also partner with key areas of the organisation to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives.

This role would suit someone at HR Manager or Senior Advisor level with experience of ER and Recruitment in particular - this would be a good opportunity for somebody looking to take a step up into their next role.

You would be required to work onsite five days per week with free car parking and lots of amazing benefits.
