Robertson Bell are thrilled to be working again with this charitable organisation that focuses on alleviating hunger and poverty in the UK.

My client is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for their transactional finance team on a permanent basis,who is able to commute to their offices in Salisbury.

This position is responsible for providing accurate and timely processing of financial information that will support strategic decision making of the organsiation.


The key responsibilities include:

  • Playing a critical role in processing invoices, expenses and other payments efficiently and effectively
  • Responsibility for managing internal controls and compliance, which includes setting up new suppliers
  • Being a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all accounts payable matters
  • Providing support to the wider finance team with any information that is needed in a timely manner
  • Have started studying towards a finance related qualification
  • Be within an accounts payable position or looking to enter the finance world
  • Have strong communication skills and be able to communicate with stakeholders of various levels
  • Be organised and able to handle various deadlines at one given time
