Description

We are looking for skilled construction operative/ Multitrader to work with our existing teams on residential housing around South London.

The first project is finishing works to residential properties in Stanford Le Hope

Follow on projects possible.

3 years construction experience required

Reliable commuting to site in Stanford required

South London with possible other areas in Kent for follow on projects

CSCS card essential
£19/hr UTR or equivalent employee status
Immediate start required/ possible


Salary:
£19.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • StanfordleHope: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Construction: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • CSCS (required)

Work Location:
In person
