From February 2024, a wonderful two day live-out nanny position will become available in Hambleden, Buckinghamshire.

You will be caring for a little girl aged seven months. Mum will be working from home, so this is a sole charge role.

This professional family is extremely friendly, active, and sporty with a love of the outdoors and country life. They have two golden retrievers who are part of the family, so a love of dogs is essential.

They are looking for a kind, friendly and active nanny who can stay long-term and become part of their happy family.

They feel the most important thing is to find a nanny who will fit well into their lives.

The nanny should be a team player, a good communicator, creative and active, fun, and knowledgeable about babies and toddlers, childhood milestones, weaning and potty training.

The hours of the role will be , on a Monday and either a Wednesday or Thursday.

The parents are keen for their baby to learn and develop in a balanced way, hitting her various developmental milestones—with lots of educational and stimulating indoor fun (sensory games, reading stories, singing songs, crafts, etc.) mixed with plenty of outside play and walks in the fresh air.

A nanny who is interested in child development is essential.

The family live in a rural location in a house with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for the nanny to use.

As they employ a cleaner, this role will only involve nursery duties, but some help to keep the house running smoothly would be appreciated—emptying the dishwasher, making sure all rooms are tidy at the end of the day, etc.

Along with keeping all areas used clean and organised (kitchen, washing and preparing bottles, child's bedroom, playroom, etc.), the nursery duties include keeping on top of the child's laundry.

As she grows, you will provide the baby with healthy and nutritious meals each day, prepared from scratch as often as possible.

These meals are to be blended if required (age-appropriate), with plenty made in advance and frozen for the parents to use for the baby at the weekend.

You should be a careful and confident driver with a fully insured car. Duty mileage will be paid.

This is a fabulous role and would suit someone who is happy to make a long-term commitment.

Minimum experience Level for this job: Two years
Details of any training needed for this job: 12 hour Paediatric First Aid and DBS (on update service)
