Class 2 HIAB / LGV Hiab Driver


The Best Connection are seeking to recruit
HGV Class 2 (LGV C) HIAB Drivers to work with their client in Gateshead.

Our client delivers building and roofing supplies.


The role:

  • You will be required to deliver building and roofing supplies to commercial and private customers.
  • You must hold a HIAB Licence and you must have this with you on arrival to the site.
  • This is a customer facing role, so you must be friendly and professional as you will be representing both the Client and The Best Connection
  • Full, clean UK driving licence (Cat C)
  • HIAB Licence.
  • Smart appearance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude to customer care.

Hours of work:

  • 07.30am shift start time.
  • Monday to Friday.
Pay Rates
- £16.00 per hour for first 8 hours worked
- £24.00 per hour after first 8 hours worked
