Role Duties:


  • Provide marketleading broking services with a focus on customer satisfaction and positive outcomes for clients
  • Support the Broking manager, undertaking tasks delegated where required
  • Build strong relationships with insurers, brokers and other service providers.
  • Adhere to company processes, standards and contribute to the company's success
  • Obtain the best possible terms from insurers for clients.
  • Stay up to date with compliance requirements and work in a complaint manner

Essential Skills:


  • Several years' experience working in an insurance broking capacity.
  • A strong business sense is required to follow board & management objectives
  • Be able to understand and emphathise with the challenges faced by our brokers in running their own business
  • GCSE or equivalent education
  • Strong influence and negotiation skills
  • CII qualification
  • Experience using Broking software and Insurer extranets.
