Nurture is a fast-growing national grounds maintenance, winter gritting, plant displays and design/build service provider. In the main we usually service Business customers within the private and public sectors and have over 1400 employees.

Responsibilities:

As
Invoicing Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our accounts' function.

Your role will involve processing over 800 invoices monthly, raising quarterly invoices on SAP, processing manual invoices, updating the CRM, query resolution, working on complex spreadsheets and assisting with Credit Controller chasing outstanding debt.


A pivotal part of your role will involve building strong internal relationships with key stakeholders, therefore you should have strong organisational and communication skills.


Required Skills & Experience:


  • Previous experience within a similar position is desirable
  • Knowledge of accounting functions
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting software knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
  • Previous experience using excel
  • Team player who is able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail, excellent at multitasking and highly organised
  • Flexible and enthusiastic with a positive cando attitude

  • System administration: 2 years (preferred)

£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
