Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support the educational and developmental needs of students.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
  • Provide oneonone support to students with special education needs
  • Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and adapt instructional materials
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
  • Support students during transitions between activities or locations
  • Assist with daily tasks such as preparing materials, organizing the classroom, and maintaining cleanliness

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of special education principles and practices is a plus
  • Ability to educate and engage students of various ages and abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities
  • Experience working with toddlers or individuals with autism is highly desirable

Pay:
£85.00-£100.00 per day
