Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support the educational and developmental needs of students.

Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide oneonone support to students with special education needs
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and adapt instructional materials
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
- Support students during transitions between activities or locations
- Assist with daily tasks such as preparing materials, organizing the classroom, and maintaining cleanliness
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices is a plus
- Ability to educate and engage students of various ages and abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities
- Experience working with toddlers or individuals with autism is highly desirable
Pay:
£85.00-£100.00 per day
